Looks fine - my own current recs are i7's with 6GB on either V64 or W7-64 :)
The main limiters are now Graphics cards - which you have covered - SATA drive speed - ditto - I'd stick with Corsair for the RAM (I'm using Dominator) & A good PSU
After that it's little things like quiet fans and lots of front ports for gaming comms/skypeing headset & pick up a decent KB & mouse (Lachesis ??).
Forget about cathodes and other pretties - make it functional!
