Remove Hamachi Adapter from Network Connections

I removed Hamachi VPN software from my computer. However, the Hamachi network adapter is still in Network Connections. How do I remove the Hamachi adapter from the Network connections list? Thanks.

I'm going to assume winXP.  Go to control panel->Network Connections.  If the Hamachi adapter is not disabled, disable it by right clicking and selecting disable.  Then once it is disabled, right click and select delete to remove it.

Yes, Windows XP. The Hamachi adapter is disabled but the Delete selection is grayed-out. I have local admin rights on this machine.

Try this and see if the Delete selection becomes acitve.

Go to the Device Manager (right click MyComputer, select properties, hardware tab, device manager)
expand the network adapters
Uninstall the Hamachi Network Interface

Then see if you can delete the connection.  You 'might' have to reboot.
