In Hyper-V Manager, under Virtual Network Manager, check that a virtual network has been created, if not, you would want to add a new "External" network, and select your host machine's NIC.
Back in Hyper-V manager, check the virtual machine's settings, and check that the network adapter has been added, and is pointed at your external virtual network. If not, go to "Add Hardware", and add the network adapter.
Then verify that you have installed the integration components in the virtual machine - part of this is the driver for the network card (you could also configure a "Legacy" network card in the VM settings, that does not require special drivers, but you take a performance hit). To install the integration components, connect to the VM via the management, and go to Action>Insert integration services setup disk
after all that, if the network adapter still doesnt show up, check device manager in the VM, and you might have to find the unidentified/disabled NIC and have it search for the drivers again
