In Dual NIC PC (XP pro SP2) can one assign IE to one subnet (NIC) and Firefox to another subnet (NIC)

I have a number of PC's on a network with dual NIC's. I have a subnet (10.8.1.xxx 100mb/s) and (10.8.0.xxx gigabit) and dual ISP one T1 (10.8.1.xxx) and 100MB (10.8.0.xxx)  pipe. I need to use IE v6 to connect via an IPSec VPN on the T1 side. And would like to use Firefox on the 100 Megabit pipe for all other internet browsing. I have NT 4 PDC no AD,  no DNS.
The diagram is as follows:
T1 ISP --------------> (10.8.1.xxx) ---------->100 mb NIC A on PC
100 mb ISP --------> (10.8.0.xxx) ---------->1 gb NIC B on PC

Is there way to assign application (IE & Firefox) within XP to a particular route/subnet.
