Using 2 NICs to get faster internet?

I am behind speed-limited internet.  Currently it is 768/256.  I was wondering if I could add another NIC to my computer and get double the speed?  I am in an apartment building, and the guys running the network here say it's limited for each connection.Start Free Trial
