Wireless card wont work in my D530 latitude

hi,

one of my users recently had a virus and i completely reinstalled the wireless drivers, the drivers seem to be working fine, i have had Dell relace the wireless card, i know it has something to do with windows, but the wirless card wont find any networks.

Is there a registry setting maybe that the spyware/virus changed so it doesnt find any networks? i really dont want to reinstall windows
