I have an office with NO labeled network jacks and need to go around one by one and find out which is which from the patch panel. I have a Fluke Pro3000 probe and toner (with the alligator clips and RJ-11 connection) and need to know how to do this using this set (if possible).

You just plug in your fluke toner to a network jack in the office and switch it on so it is generating tone.
Then press and hold the button on your probe and touch it inside the ports in your patch panel one at a time until you can hear the tone.
You can test it first by switching on the toner, pressing the button on the probe and placing it on the toner cable, you should hear the tone.

If the network jack is live (the patch panel ports have patch cords to a switch) then you may have difficulty finding a tone at the panel with the probe.
If this is the case (live network and you can't just unplug everybody from the patch panel) then plug your FLUKE into the network jack and have it flash the switch. Then you can just look at the port lights on the switch to see which one is flashing in time with the FLUKE and follow the patch cord from the switch to the patch panel.

You'd be better served by buying a tone trace kit, putting the tone generator into one wall jack and testing at the patch panel end. Progressive Electronics makes a model I've been very happy with.
