Dell PowerConnect 6248 Optical configuration

I need help in connecting two PowerConnect 6248 together with some type of optical run.
My question is what equipment would I need (from Dell's website) in order to link the two PowerConnect systems together.  I need the exact optical modules for the switch as well as the exact patch cable types that we would need to order.
