PIX site to site vpn: how do I create path to printer at remote site?

I am workign with a customer that has PIX site to site vpn.

They have no documentation on how things are setup and I have never worked with PIX before. The home office network is 10.10.100.xxx and the remote site is 192.168.3.xxx

I can see printers setup on the PDC at the home office. They have ports pointing at 192.168.3.xxx

I am trying to setup a new printer, but I cannot ping the printers IP from the home office. How do I create the path to that printer? ARP? Could someone explain what I need to do.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have access to the PIX? Are the network's nat'd?
You may need to setup an access list to allow the traffic through.

First step would be to get the credentials to the devices and look over the running-config

Hi there,
If it is a standard PIX VPN tunnel, there should be no access-lists in the way. Have you looked at the routing on the devices you want to get to? You would need to add a route to the 10.10.100.x network via the inside address of the PIX.
