The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Cisco ASA Firewall/VPN

Our company has ~30 users, 15+ of which require remote access. I'd like to be able to use the built-in windows remote workplace functionality, so I need a firewall that will easily allow vpn passthru, unless the VPN solution that is included w/ the firewall is top-notch and easily configured/used (we currently have issues with network shares and general authentication with our Firebox X700). I was told Cisco ASA was the way to go.

I did a search for Cisco ASA on CDW and got back like 100+ items. I don't really know what specifically we need and if there is a recommended model. Given our profile above, could anyone tell me what model would be best - perhaps even a direct link?
