How to configure loopback policy

I'm running a small network w/ 1 Microsoft Small Business server that is running an Outlook Web Access website.  External users are able to access the OWA website because I've setup a Public Server Rule on the Sonicwall TZ 180 Wireless firewall the redirects port 80 and 443 requests to the SBS server.  The problem that I'm having is that users on the LAN are not able to access the OWA site through it public URL (which points to the public IP).  Apparently the sonicwall is blocking these requests.  How can I create a rule on my sonicwall to allow LAN users to access the OWA website via its public IP?  I've searched throught the Sonicwall forums and found instructions on how to do this for higher end firewalls - I believe it is called a loopback policy.
