Cannot view fulle-mail message details on SpamFilter Quarantine items

Okay....

InstaGate XsP  Firewall with SapmFiltering enabled.  The mail server is an Exchange server.  I can see the list of messages (to , from, subject) - captured by the SpamFilter and I can release or delete them but I can't click on them anymore to see the full message details before making the choice.

I think the problem is related to recent changes on the Exchange server (modified FQDN for reverse lookups on e-mail) but I don't know where on the firewall to find the settings that point to where I need to go to see message details.

What I'm getting is an error that reads: - This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.
