- The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
- The Number of Author and Expert Comments
- The Number of Experts Contributing
- The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Hi i have a Kyocera KM-C3232E COPIER/SCANNER/PRINTER
I Need to be able to use the scanner to email function
it does not work
i have had their tech support out and supposedly i have everything configured properly
when i scan the document and pick my own email to send it to i recieved an email status report, but the scanned document is not attached in the email
This is a copy of the email message

could it be an issue on the email server itself not forwarding the attachment, firewall issue????/
Does not make any sense to me
Any thought/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
