Why doesnt this Cisco ASA route properly?

I just picked up the pieces of an ASA installation and cant see whats missing in this config thats preventing internal users from browsing the web, etc.

I see a couple of things that probably dont belong, but Im just going to throw it out there before I go changing things.

from the console I can
ping internet addresses (4.2.2.2)
ping internet addresses from the WAN interface but not the LAN interface
ping local addresses from the LAN interface but not the WAN interface

I can see both interfaces are up and up
