Firewall to use with VOIP setup

I am running Asterisk (PBX in a Flash) behind an old Sonicwall PRO 300. I get some choppy sound and clicking noise. I have decided to separate my voice and data networks.
I will run VOIP over a new broadband connection from Cox (15 up / 3 down).

Someone told me that Sonicwall is not a good choice for VOIP setup. Can someone with some experience with this recommend a sip aware firewall with some QoS etc?
