just as a test to find out if it is actually the firewall thats causing the problem, setup one of the PCs on your network in the DMZ of the firewall, after the PC has been added to the DMZ, attempt to access the webmail site ** make sure you use the PC that you setup as DMZ to test the connection to the webmail site **, if you can get to the site, you'll know that it IS the firewall causing the problem, if you still cant get to the site, then it is NOT the firewall, either way, you'll want to take it out of the DMZ of the firewall once you've completed the test.
** I probably didnt need to add this, but you never know ;)
