can not ping IP address

Hello EE
I have two dedicated server from godaddy SRV1 and SRV2. I can ping from SRV1 to SRV2 but can not ping back from SRV2 to SRV1.
SRV1 has Firewall setup but SRV2 doesnt have Firewall.

On SRV1, IP has set like 10.0.0.1, Now I am trying to make ODBC connection from SRV2 to SRV1 and because of this IP issue I can not connect.

how can i connect to SRV1 from SRV2 and vice versa?

any help would be very much appreciated.
