Enable Web Management Of Juniper Netscreen

Hello,
Thanks in advance for your help. I have just took over a network that is using a juniper netscreen firewall. I have not worked with one before. The web management and telnet management features are disabled the only access i have is via hyper teminal. How can I enable web management from the hyper console?
