I am using windows98 and windows2000 professional .my modem working fine in win98, but it is not working in win2000.
My ISP provider name is BSNL.It is connectiog in win2000 but it is not palce into the taksbar and hanging desktop, this stage after dial and connected after Requesting network .............. here it is stuck
what is the solution .

follow this procedure..
Windows 2000 - This error may occur if the Negotiate multi-link option is enabled and you are dialing a normal one-call (single-link) connection. Solution: Start->Settings->Network & Dial-up Connections - right-click the connection, then Properties, Networking, Settings and clear the Negotiate multi-link for single link connections check box...
Try this procedure and reply me...
