How to change configuration of a Paradyne Acculink 3160

Could someone please provide me the steps to change the configuration of a Paradyne Acculink 3160.

We currently have channels 8-11 of our T-1 connection as voice channels. I need to change this so that channels 8-11 are now dedicated to data traffic.

We are upgrading our bandwidth from 768K to 1Mb.

I was told I would also need to change the configuration of our Merlin Magix system, but I will ask that in a separate question.
