Can't view webcast lectures since upgrading to westell 327w modem

My daughter attends Rhodes State in Lima, Ohio. She is taking an online class this summer and was able to view online lectures via webcast until I recently upgraded our verizon hardware to a westell 327W.

Is there a certain port setting or range of ports that this new modem might be blocking that is preventing her from viewing the lectures.

The previous modem was a westell 6100 and I didn't have to configure anything on that modem for her to view the webcastStart Free Trial
