A server really isn't what you need. Your best and I think your only option would be to purchase a router that can handle two Internet connections which will allow to configure the network load balance between the two.

Do you advice me one which can handle more then 2 connections and i could set the extarnel ips for internal network easily for example the first connection static ip:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Second :
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy
third :
zzz.zzz.zzz.zzz

and i will redirect each ip to a different machine with some ports

In our area 100 Mbit point to point internet prices is really decrease so much. And I want to get my server to my office. Optionally

100/20 Mbit connection is so cheap than i decide that i could buy 3 connection with 3 static ip
and i want to colocate my server's in my office with this three connection one ip will be shared and 2 will be exclusive

if i could set ips to my server's it is no problem to declare ip's and set iis for this new settings but the problem that i do not know how could i get this 3 connection to a pool and balance them for network and point external ips to each machine

You could use one of these:

That should solve the issue of 3 internet connections - it can accomodate 8 internet connections.
