PDU delivery report decoding problem.

Im working on VB developing a script to send/receibe SMS messages.
Im doing it via PDU.

Im dealing with 2 issues:
* Sending: I can create the PDU string perfectly (Ive tested it with PDUspy, but Im getting 304 error code at cell phone. Am i missing any AT command??
* Receiving: I can decode OK almost every message, but not the delviery report ones.
