Driver needed for Myson MTD80X ethernet card

One of my PCs has a Myson MTD80X Based Fast Ethernet Card. I have misplaced the driver CD. I searched the net and could find several links to download the above driver. But none of the links are working.

Can you suggest from where I can download the driver, or which other driver is compatible with this ethernet card and from where I can get it. This is urgent.

My OS is Win 2000.
