Never mind, I figured it out on my own. I was forced to call Comcast again, and they were very helpful this time. Apparently, at least some of them know what they are doing. :)
Anyway, I found out that the router had reset itself for no apparent reason. :( I set it up again, and it works as well as ever. (Which is, admittedly, not very good)

I assume you have tried connecting to the web config page using a cabled (and working) computer with internet connection... There is a slight chance that the ip address of the router has change, goto one of the working cabled computers and goto a command line and type in ipconfig - press enter and take note of the gateway. This should be the router's IP... then try in a web browser http://GATEWAYIPADDRESS where GATEWAYIPADDRESS is the address of the gateway you got earlier.. See if that allows u to connect to the web interface (if so, you can reset the wireless config and play with it until it works).,
