Unable to identify a gigabit modem/router/switch - which one to buy ?

I have a regular (for the UK) ADSL modem/wireless router with 4 10/100 Ethernet ports.  I would like to upgrade this to have gigabit capabilities, but I have not found any suitable products on the main manufacturer's websites.   Do I have to have a separate modem ? this seems like a retrograde step.

I would like wireless capabilities - ideally 11N but G would do.   I would like a VoIP port too.  I realise that asking for a print server USB port is asking too much, but it would be nice.
