Cisco 3560 switch corrupt IOS

The IOS for my Cisco 3560 has become corrupt and I need advice on how to install a new IOS. At the moment when I boot and the IOS fails to load I am placed into what I think is the boot strap command prompt. I see a prompt  

switch>

and some basic commands, is this Rommon? Does a 3560 Rommon presents is self differently than a router Rommon?

Any advice on how I can replace th corrupt IOS from this mode?
