how to reset password catalyst 3750

hi expert.....i m having a cisco 3750 switch and i m on enable mode...but i dont know the password....now i want to change the password....so tell me how i can reset password ...?
plz with full instructions in detail.

It contains a step-by-step procedure of 14 steps. I hope this works for you.

if you just want to get in to a switch and dont care about the config being lost you can simple wipe the config and have a switch as new. This is a bit simpler than true Password recovery.
You simple go in to boot loader (hold down mode button as switch boots) and then delete the config files from the flash memory.

also if you disababled password recovery it is not possible to recover it. you can only reset to defaults.
