Setting Up Cisco Catalyst VLAN

I am attempting to setup a new vlan on a Cisco Catalyst 4506 switch. I am hope to be able to use 3 ports on  this switch for the following.

Outside Internet Router >>(Port37)>> Switch-4506>>> Pix Firewall (Port38) and Nortel VPN(Port39) .
I have all 3 devices on the same subnet and in the same ip schema. I am able to use a dummy switch in order to make this work but I would like to use this switch. I have listed a invalid IP on Vlan 55 for now and all 3 devices are in the same sequence. 102, 103, 104.
