I found out that if you access the switch by the http:// x.x.x.x (switch ip address) and navegate to file management - file management there is an option to "Restore Configuration Factory Defaults". So far the only way to do it by CLI is "delete startup-config" but I can't assure that it will bring the switch back to Factory Defult.
