The switch fabric connections for these cards is 40 Gb
The sup720:
Delivering up to 40 Gbps per slot of switching capacity; 720 Gbps aggregate bandwidth
So each slot will handle the card these cards and if you used full 40 Gbps the 720 can handle up to 720 Gbps.
Power will not be an issue with the combination of these three cards comes to about 1000W
