Unable to read/open files on XP machine via a Vista Machine through network file sharing

I have 3 computers.  2 with vista home premium and 1 with XP pro.  The 2 vista computers are able to share and see folders without a problem.  The XP computer can view/read/open all files from both the vista computers.  The issue I am having is opening folders on the vista computer viewing files on the XP computer.  I have tried manually entering the IP address into the windows explorer and the same error occurs.  I am using Windows Live One Care on all the PC's and just for some reason the Vista machiens can not view or open any files from the xp machine on the network.
