Do you have an internal jetdirect card? Factory reset printer: Turn on the printer while holding down &quot;Online&quot;. Keep it down for at least 5 seconds. <br />
If you have an external Jetdirect box, there is a reset/test button on it. Hold it in for 5 to 30 seconds while connecting it to power.<br />
You might also try the HP Install Network Printer Wizard.
