The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Broadcast traffic + Cisco

Hello again...

f0/0 is my internet interface
f3/0 is my internal interface
I seem to be getting lots of broadcasts received on my internal interface, and performance (using PC Anywhere) sometimes dribbles to a stop, before it picks up again within a few seconds.
Is this normal, or does something look wrong ?
