How to upgrade from Cisco router 2501 version 10.3 to 11.2?

Hey.
I have Cisco router 2501 with OS version 10.3, i need to upgrade it to 11.2.
Anyone knows the steps? and where to get the software from?

I donot think you can get the upgrade software without a CCO login

DO you have one ?

Once you get the upgraded version , you can check this for instructions
http://www.rpatrick.com/tech/ios/

There could be other methods of getting the software which I may not be aware of

Are you a CISCO distributor or reseller. If you are not , ask your reseller.

Have you tried to email tac@cisco.com providing them your router's serial number and requesting them to send you 11.2.
Do you have contract with them ?

I actually need to run Multicast for video stream between two Cisco 2501 and Cisco 2503 Routers.
Anyone got any idea of how and wot coomands to get me started?

To get a Router IOS from Cisco you usually need to have a contract. Or, contact your reseller. Upgrading is a stragiht forward process which can be done using TFTP.
