Cisco 2611 or 2611XM Flash Upgrade

I have purchased a 32MB 80 Pin flash SIMM for our 2611 series router.  But I just saw a tech sheet that said aa 32mb SIMM could damage a 2611 router.  How can I determine if I have a 2611 or 2611XM model?

The model number on the chassis will say 2611XM or 2611

Will a 32MB Flash damage a 2611?

Also 2611XM has fastethernet interfaces the 2611 has only ethernet interfaces built in. So interfaces will be labeled as
ethernet or fast ethernet next to the Rj-45 connectors.

•5-V EDO DRAM DIMMs (Cisco 2610, Cisco 2611, Cisco 2612, Cisco 2613, Cisco 2620, and Cisco 2621 routers)

•3.3-V SDRAM DIMMs (Cisco 26xxXM, Cisco 2650, Cisco 2651, and Cisco 2691 routers)

This is also in the above doc:

EDO DRAM and SDRAM DIMMs are not interchangeable. Although it is mechanically possible to install an incorrect DRAM DIMM into a router, the router does not boot.
