CISCO IOS emulation for windows

Hi,
Does anyone know a good and reliable emulation software for CISCO IOS on Windows.

There are simulators from Cisco and BOSON, with Boson NETSIM having the edge in usability.  http://www.boson.com/

If you are looking for something to emulate a router for actual routing of packets; I (nor several of my WAN associates) haven't heard of anything in Windows.  If you look in the Linux arena, there are some obscure (at least by me) Linux flavors that support multi-NIC routing.

Alternatively, for probably less than what you would pay for software, you can get the real thing off eBay in the form of a Cisco 2500 series router.
