  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Terminal service hangs via Cisco Router

Hi Guys
I have set up Terminal Service on a Windows 2003 Server.
Clients can access the box by remote connection internally.
But externally no joy. It just hangs.
I have configured the Cisco router to allow Terminal service traffic on TCP Port 3389 to port forward onto
the Terminal service box.
You can check it by remote connection to 'portal.centrepointsoftware.co.uk'.

Any help highly appeciated.
