Browse All TopicsWe have a Cisco ASA 5510 that we are trying to set-up in a new envrionment. We used the management tool to "restore the device to a factory default config" however now the previous username / pwd or the default username / pwd (cisco) don't appear to work. Does a different password need to be used when first setting up the device?

It's either cisco/cisco as username/password or it is blank
Use ASDM to access it and leave username/pass blank
