Hi Sirus, Thanks for the comments.
Unfortunately I can't access the URL you gave me since I don't have CCO account :D
Is there any offline doc (.PDF) or something you can share? Thanks :)

Browse All TopicsHi all, does anyone knows what should cause the "input errors" increasing?
We are having periodic random line protocol is down in our serial interface. This interface is Multilink PPP. Does this counters below indicated config problem? (i.e: keepalive 3 set), or hardware problem (bad interface WIC) or line telco problem (input errors & CRC & interface resets)?
Please keep eyes on the show interface result below. I think this should be interesting to troubleshoot. It seems easy but not that easy since we're unable to decide yet what's the root of the problem so far. Hardware? Config? or Line telco?
Any thought? Thanks :)

Hi, here is a good link @ www.cisco.com where the inptu errors, crc errors and frame errors are explained
