Yes i did. It goes almost to the destination. my WAN ip is xx.xxx.xxx.114 and the tracert goes upto
xx.xxx.xxx.113.
I dont see anything blocked in the server. What could be the problem?

Have you done a trace route to see if that goes through to some extent ?
