Internet traffic will not pass across wan and out main firewall

We have 5 remote sites connected to the main location via there own dedicated T1 lines.  We are using Cisco routers on either side of the WAN links.  The main office connects to the Internet via a dedicated Internet T1 using a RV042 Linksys router.  All network traffic is working fine. DNS resolution is working fine for both private and internet address.
The Main site is having no problems. The problem is that the 5 remote sites cannot surf the web. They can ping all the way to the Public IP address on the Internet Firewall, but can not ping outside that. I know routing must be OK because i can ping the public Ip and get a response. So why can I not ping any other public ip's or surf the web?
As a temp fix am using a proxy at the main site. Start Free Trial
