Router seems to be dropping some traffic.

From time to time I am loosing public access to my web servers.  I suspect the router.

Thursday, 9/6 @ Midnight - No one public to our office could reach our web servers, but the VPN worked and all outgoing traffic was fine.  I could see all pages on the server fine from my office.  I power cycled the router and all was fine.  

Saturday morning @ 6:00am - the problem came back, power cycled the router and all was fine.

Monday afternoon - the problem came back, power cycled the router and all was fine.

Wednesday morning - the problem came back, power cycled the router and all was fine.

Friday afternoon - the problem came back, power cycled the router and all was fine.

My ISP cannot find the problem, and my router specialist does not see any problems, but he thinks there is a problem with my ISP's BGP sessions on my ISP.

I do not know much about routers...  Any ideas?
