IOS Problem

Dear Sir,
I have Cisco Router 2600 series the router Image has corrupted when i start the router it gives  message. device does not contain a valid magic number
boot: cannot open "flash:"
boot: cannot determine first file name on device "flash:"
i try to get the Router(boot) with command Confreg 0X2101 but i could'nt.

Please any help
