How to configure a point to point connection on a Cisco 1841 Router?

I have two sites that need connectivity to each other.  They have ordered a Point-to-Point T1 circuit between locations, but the telecom company does not provide nor configure the routers.  I am pretty familiar with basic routing, but I have never setup a point to point before.  What would be a sample IP and mask to use on the serial connections (There are T1 WIC cards installed in the routers) to use.  What routing statements need to be used?

Is the T1 a PRI, BRI? Give me some information about how the circuit is set up.....
Is it a true T1 @ 1.544Mb/s or frac-T1? Let me know. Thanks.

Thanks, that sounds like what I was looking for, I will give that a try and get back to you.
If the ser 0/0/0 int is still showing down/down even though I have done the no shut, could there be a Layer 1 issue?
Yes. down/down usually layer 1  up/down usually layer2 telco issue
Did you use straight-through normal cat5 cable between the T1 module and the T1 drop on the wall?
Yes, I am just using regular straight cable.
Make sure the telco has enabled the circuit. Are you plugging into a biscuit extension on the wall, or into the smart jack in the coms closet?
Well, I had the wiring guys provide an extension from the smart jack to a biscuit near my router.  I have a straight patch cable going to the biscuits, and also a patch cable in between the smart jack and a biscuit on that side.
That's the way it should be. One quick test would be to carry the router back to the smart jack and plug straight into it. If you get anything, then it's the inside wiring. If you still can't get anything, call the telco and see if they have even enabled it yet. Many times they will leave it in disabled state until you call them and tell them that you have the CPE hooked up and powered on.
Yeah, it's the telco, they said the build is wrong or something.  It came up for a while on one end, and now it's down again.  They are so screwed up.  Thanks for the help, the router configs are perfect.
