Question

can not connect two computers using NetGear Router

I have one computer
Main: workgroup is mshome IP : 192.168.0.3 (wireless)
Mini: workgroup is mshome IP : 102.168.0.2 (wired)

How to connect them using netgear router. They can both ping to 192.168.0.1 which is gateway but can not ping each other.
What is next?

Check the router's manual, there may be a setting called something like "Privat Sphere". If that is active you can't share PC shares.

Make sure the windows firewall settings allow those connections.

Did you check the obvious already ?

windows firewall ?

able to ping each other ?

have both wired and retry

I need to make sure that you wen trough all this before we start looking in a router problem

If you don't post the model of the router there isn't much else to say. There are many different netgear routers around. Also, most manuals of routers have step to step instructions on how to setup a system so you can share files among them.

Do they both get internet?
Have you disabled the firewall? Whether it's windows firewall or some other firewall program, disable it. Try again. Also share a folder on both systems with full permissions to all users. If you need help doing this just ask and tell us what version of windows you are running.
Also, we need your router model number to help efficiently. It should be on the bottom of the router.
sabioit: sometimes RTFM is the easiest way to resolve an issue. You'd be surprised how many simple problems you can fix by telling someone to read it. It's kind of like...did you check that your computer cables are all plugged in?

Only an expert would help by first trying the obvious.
