Cisco 1841 Config
I'm experiencing errors such as connectivity loss and VERY slow throughput at one of our locations. My service provider says that it might be a timing error on the interfaces that connect the T1 point to point. She says one side needs to be set to master, and the other set to slave. How do I do this on a Cisco 1841 router? I'm using the ??s for help but it isn't guiding me. This is the config on the side that (I'm assuming) will be the "master".
interface Serial0/0/0
description Remote Location T1 Point to Point
ip address 192.168.3.10 255.255.255.248
no ip redirects
no ip unreachables
service-module t1 clock source internal
no cdp enable
The "service-module t1 clock source internal" command is what is currently in place. I need to set this one to master and the remote side to slave.
