cisco877 config problem [can ping outside interface but not isp end's ip]

hi,

 I am trying to setup my cisco 877-m modem with my adsl1 connection. The isp i used is iinet and my ios is 12.4 . I am not sure what exactly i did wrong, as I can ping any site via 877's console connection. But when i connect a pc to one of the 4 ethernet port, my pc can't ping beyond the dialer1 interface. Did i do sth wrong with my nat configuration?
