You need routes for the 192.168.X.X network on both devices. By default a networking device will add its own interfaces as connected routes to the routing tables.
On the pix add:
route outside 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0 172.16.0.1
On the WG add a route to 192.168.113.0 /24 with a next hop (or gateway depending on their terminology) to 172.16.0.2
