How do I Create a static Route to connect to another network for all client workstations?

I'm trying to create a static route on my Gateway/Firewall TZ190.  My IP is 192.168.20.1.  I'm trying to create the following:

192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.20. 4 (how and where do I do this?
